My Safe-To-Spend is a manual cash-flow management tool that helps households track their income, expenses, and available spending balance. The service does not connect to bank accounts or financial institutions. All data is entered manually by the user.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use My Safe-To-Spend only for lawful personal or household financial tracking purposes. You may not use the service to store false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with the operation of the service.

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial ends, your account will be paused until a subscription is activated. Your data is preserved for 180 days after your trial ends.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

My Safe-To-Spend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of Safe-To-Spend calculations or that the service will be available without interruption. The service is a tool to assist with personal financial awareness and is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Safe-To-Spend and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
